Made of plastic, they withstand mild acids and are more corrosion resistant than metal plates.Adhesive-back plates stick to surfaces. Use them when you only have access to one side of a surface, or when components behind a panel could be damaged by bolts or rivets.Acrylic plates work well with laser engravers, which engrave quickly and create complex designs. They are also compatible with rotary engravers. Resistant to UV rays, these plates won’t fade in the sun.
