Band Saw Blade for Super Alloys and Graphite

Manufacturer part: 3054A237

Carbide grit bonded to alloy steel blades cuts through hard materials such as hardened steel, graphite, fiberglass, composites, and nickel alloys including Hastelloy and Inconel. Choose medium grit for less material loss and a smooth finish; choose coarse grit for fast cutting. Blades have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw. Use coolant (not included) when cutting metals.Continuous blades are better than gullet blades for material that fractures and chips easily and material less than 1/4" thick. Use with saw wheels that are at least 24" diameter.
