Designed to meet clean room standards, these coats act as a barrier between the worker and the room to prevent pollutants, such as dust particles and microbes, from contaminating a space. They’re suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants. They are knee length with elastic cuffs on the sleeves, which help keep liquid splashes out.Polyester greatly outlasts Tyvek polyethylene. It resists abrasion and liquid splashes and is reusable when laundered to clean room standards—lasts for up to 100 washes. Must be laundered prior to first use.Use the size chart for general guidance. When choosing a size, consider individual body shape and clothing worn underneath.
