This helps you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 procedures. These locks each open with a different key and all have random key numbers.All have pin-tumbler key locking mechanisms, which are the most difficult locking mechanisms to pick. When choosing between padlocks with four or five pins, the lock with five pins is harder to pick.Style B locks have a steel body, so they are stronger than locks with an aluminum body. Their hardened steel shackle is stronger than an aluminum shackle. A bumper around their body protects sensitive surfaces from damage if the lock knocks against them. To prevent breaking from prying, shimming, or tapping, they are dual dead locking, so both ends of the shackle lock inside the padlock body.
